Remote API Integration​

Sunny Portal and EnnexOS Integration​

If Production Data is Visible in Sunny Portal​

For Installation Owners:

  1. Access user management
  2. Add yourcompanyname@eniris.be as owner and administrator
  3. Notify via ticket:

For Non-Owners:

  1. Notify via ticket:
  2. Include:
    • Subject: Integration name and method (API)
    • Any additional relevant information

API access requests can only be sent to the installation owner

If Production Data is Not Visible in Sunny Portal​

Verify the data logger connection and ensure data is being recorded before proceeding with integration.
